Our understanding of dog behaviour and how dogs learn has changed hugely in recent years yet outdated, incorrect and harmful theories and methods of training still abound. Even if you have had a dog before, or even currently have a dog, refreshing your knowledge and being up to date is invaluable.

Designed for owners who want to feel completely prepared and confident before the whirlwind hits, the Platinum Package sets you and your puppy up for success from the very first moment they walk through your door. Based upon years of experience, this is as ahead of the game as it's possible to be. The ultimate head start.

1 x 1.5hr in-home session pre-arrival
2 x 1.5hr in-home sessions post-arrival
1 x further 1hr in-home session
4 weeks of phone/email support and a further 4 weeks of email support

Designed to get you up to speed quickly and confidently, covering everything you need to know for the first six months. We'll work with you and your puppy in your own home, and give you practical, modern guidance tailored to your family — not generic advice that might or might not apply to your situation.
