HUNT WHISTLE
The hunt whistle is the cue for the dog to get its nose down and hunt an area to find a retrieve. A great skill to teach your gundog breed, giving them an outlet for their natural desire to hunt.
Your dog does not need to be delivering to hand, so this course is suitable for dogs at any stage of their training journey including young dogs.
At the end of the course you are able to book an assessment to earn your Explorer certificate, the first step on our structured gundog pathway to a perfect hunt whistle.

Who should book this COURSE?
This is a Foundation level course and is therefore suitable for dogs at any stage of the training journey (including young dogs) who have the Fundamentals of recall, sit and stay at short distances in place.
You absolutely don’t have to be planning to work or compete your dog, our courses are equally suitable for pet dogs AND those wanting to work or compete with their dogs.
This course is not however, suitable for non-gundog breeds
This course is not suitable for those under 18 years old.
It is highly recommended you book this course in conjunction with Foundations: Lining Out.
The courses run consecutively with a 15 minute tea break in between.
