COURSE & WORKSHOP terms & conditions

We are dedicated to maintaining small classes and workshops and our business can only sustain this if they are full.

COURSES

Due to the nature of how our classes run, once a course has started we are unable to fill cancelled or transferred spaces. Therefore, our cancellation policy works in the following way:-

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the course start date - course fees will be refunded in full.

Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date - course fees will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, in which case we will refund course fees, less a £25 admin fee.

Cancellation and request to transfer within 14 days of the course start date - course fees will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, in which case we will refund course fees, less a £25 admin fee.

Cancellation and/or request to transfer after the course start date - course fees will not be refunded.

On the rare occasion that a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or illness or any other reason, the class will be available as a recording online.

For GUNDOG FOUNDATION and GUNDOG PUPPY COURSES  - The first class covers essential health and safety information, class guidelines and familiarisation with our training ground, along with a key lesson in how dogs learn and how we motivate them. Regrettably, if for ANY reason you (or anyone else intending to attend future classes with you, or on your behalf) do not attend the first class, you will not be able to continue with the remainder of the course and as we cannot fill your place course, fees will not be refunded or transferred.  If your dog is ill, injured or in season please come without your dog. Your dog will need to settle quietly in the car for short periods of time so please make sure you bring anything you need to help with this, eg. a suitable chew/toy and bedding.

WORKSHOPS

Our cancellation policy works in the following way:-

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the workshop date - workshop fee will be refunded in full.

Cancellation within 14 days of the workshop date - workshop fee will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, in which case we will refund workshop fee, less a £25 admin fee.

Cancellation and request to transfer to another available workshop within 14 days of the workshop start date - workshop fee will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, in which case we will refund workshop fee, less a £25 admin fee.

On the rare occasion that a workshop needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or illness or any other reason, we will endeavour to reschedule a new date that the majority can attend. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will provide a credit note for the full amount of the workshop to be redeemed on courses, other workshops and in our shop. If we cannot reschedule a new date we will provide you with the choice of a full refund or a credit note.
